The Working Australian Shepherd Association (WASA) operates this site to provide online access to information about WASA and the products, services, and opportunities we provide (the "Service"). By accessing and using this site, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth herein (the "Terms of Use"). Additional terms and conditions applicable to specific areas of this site or to particular content or transactions are also posted in those areas and together with these Terms of Use, govern your use of these areas and/or content and/or transactions. WASA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your use of this site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use as modified. The last date these Terms of Use were modified is set forth below.

Disclaimer of Warrantees and Limitation of Liability

You must complete the registration process by providing current, complete, accurate information as prompted by the registration forms. You will also choose a password and user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. WASA will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You may not use anyone else's account at any time without permission of the account holder. WASA does not allow for the creation of an online account by users under the age of 18. WASA policy requires that dogs or litters registered in the names of children be properly authorized by the minor's parent or guardian. With respect to an online account, this means that the parent or guardian must establish, maintain, and submit information on behalf of the minor. WASA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders or registration at their sole discretion and without prior notice, at which time, you will be notified.

Dog and Litter Registration

You agree that all information supplied by you to register a dog or litter through this website is true and correct. You understand that if you are submitting an application on behalf of another, you must have the written authority to do so and will upon request be required to provide WASA with the written authorization. The written authority must explicitly state that you were given permission to submit the application on behalf of another. You also represent and agree that you are in good standing with WASA, and that any misrepresentation submitted by you through the online registration process may result in the cancellation of the registration of the dog and its descendants or the litter and the members of the litter and their descendants. Submission of false information to register a dog or litter could also result in loss of WASA privileges, or refusal of WASA to provide services. By supplying your email address, postal address, and/or telephone number, you consent to receive communication from WASA.

If you use the online record keeping service provided by WASA, you understand and agree that all the information you place in the records will be stored on WASA servers and that WASA will have access to and ability to use this information. This includes but is not limited to use for determining compliance with WASA rules, regulations, and policies and contacting people to whom you have transferred a dog or puppy. Pursuant to WASA regulations for record keeping, you must maintain a printed copy (hard copy) of all records required apart from the computer storage or storage discs. In using online record keeping service provided by WASA in relation to co-owned dogs and litters, you understand and agree that the records will be able to be accessed by all registered co-owners and that each registered co-owner will have the authority to enter and change the information. You understand and agree that both the registered sire owners and the registered dam owners will be able to access the mating records for that particular mating between the 2 dogs and will be able to enter and change the information. NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the services for any puurpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any WASA servers or network(s) connected to WASA servers, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any services. You may not attempt unauthorized access to any services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to WASA servers by hacking, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the services.

Examples include but are not limited to:

Surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming, or any duplicative or unsolicited messages.

Defaming, abusing, harassing, stalking, threatening, or otherwise violating legal rights of others.

Publishing, posting, uploading, distributing, or disseminating any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information.

Uploading files that contain images, photographs, software, or other material protected by intellectual property laws including copyright or trademark laws without owning or controlling the rights or have received all necessary consent to do the same.

Uploading files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property.

Harvest or otherwise collect information about others including email addresses or use, download, otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to any person or entity any directory of users or other usage information without explicit permission from the director of WASA.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO WASA OR POSTED AT THE WASA WEBSITE

No compensation will be paid for your submission, either text or graphical., WASA is under no obligation to post or use any submission, and may remove it at any time at its sole discretion. By posting a submission, you guarantee and represent that you own or otherwise control all rights to that information, in order to provide, post, or submit this material.

If you believe that anything on a website hosted by WASA infringes your copyright, let us know. Provide us with the information documenting this and we will see that your copyrighted work is taken down.

The content of the WASA website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.
